About Canadian Directory Services

Canadian Directory Services (CDS) is the owner and operator of this website, www.titlesearchers.ca and was started by Sharron Mitchell, a title searcher from Ontario, (J & S Title Searching Services), now retired. Sharron envisioned the creation of a unique marketing platform to promote and showcase title searchers and give them the exposure they truly deserve, hence the creation of www.titlesearchers.ca.

Title searchers have the experience and know how to get the job done with the ever changing platforms brought about by the electronic age and also have access to information not available online.

Our goal at Canadian Directory Services is simple - It is our mission for this website to become

• An exclusive, convenient, one-stop web-based source of information, coast to coast, of land registries and title searchers for  each province and territory in Canada.
• To heighten and promote awareness of independent title searchers and for them to be recognized as a valuable group.
• To have www.titlesearchers.ca become a part of a database that is used by legal professionals across the country for their searching needs.
